Domes can range from tiny (10ft / 3 meters) to huge (100ft. / 30 meters or more) in diameter. Larger domes are often used for events, auditoriums, or multi-family spaces.

For permanent installations, a foundation is highly recommended (concrete slab, ring foundation, or elevated platforms). Temporary domes may only require anchoring systems. Foundations are not required if there is a strong and stable platform exists.
